Drip is simple, and a few small details make it better. Use a ratio of 1 part coffee to 17 parts water. That’s about 60g of coffee for 1,020g of water (roughly 1 liter).

1. Use a medium-coarse grind.
2. Fill the reservoir with fresh, cold water.
3. Add a clean filter and your coffee, then start the brew.
4. Serve right away, or move it to a thermos so it doesn’t sit on a hot plate.
