The AeroPress is quick, forgiving, and great for travel. Use 18g of coffee to 288g of water (1:16), with water at 202 to 205°F and a medium-fine grind.

1. Rinse the paper filter with hot water and discard the water.
2. Add your coffee, then pour in the water and stir.
3. Seat the plunger to create a seal and let it steep for 1.5 to 2 minutes.
4. Press gently until you hear a hiss.
