We fulfill in 1 business day (sometimes 2). Delivery takes a few days nearby, longer if you’re farther away or rural.

We aim to fulfill every order within 1 business day, and sometimes it takes 2. After it leaves us, the delivery time depends on where you live.Since we’re based in Raleigh, orders headed to North Carolina and nearby states can arrive in just a few days. If you’re farther away, or in a rural area, plan on it taking longer. Holidays and busy seasons can also add a little time.As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. Planning ahead for a gift or an event? Order a little early so there’s room to spare.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Before noon EST may ship same day. After noon ships the next day, two business days at most.

We move quickly. Orders placed before noon EST sometimes ship the same day. Orders placed after noon will most likely ship the next day, and two business days at most.Because we roast fresh, we focus on getting your coffee out the door while it’s at its best. You’ll get an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

When do orders ship?

Yes to Hawaii and Alaska (UPS Ground or 2-Day Air, UPS rates at checkout). No PO boxes.

Yes to Hawaii and Alaska! We do ship there, and here’s what to know:

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska go by UPS Ground or UPS 2-Day Air.

Dynamic UPS rates apply, and you’ll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.

We don’t currently ship to PO boxes, because our carriers need a physical street address to deliver. If you don’t have one, you can ship to a work address, a friend or family member, or a package locker.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and PO boxes?

We’re sorry, but we don’t ship internationally at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. If you’re sending a gift to someone overseas, you can order for a friend or family member in the U.S. to pass along, and we’d be happy to ship it straight to them.
