Very fresh! We roast in small batches at our roastery in Raleigh, so your coffee gets to you fresh.

You can check the roast date on your own bag:

• 12 oz and kilo bags: the roast date is printed on the bottom of the bag.
• Bulk bags: these use a 5-digit code. The first two digits are the year, and the last three are the day of the year. For example, a code starting with 26 means it was roasted in 2026.

Coffee is at its best in the weeks after roasting, so enjoy it soon and store it properly.
