Yes. Freeze one-week portions in airtight containers, and keep the rest frozen. Don’t use the refrigerator.

Yes! Freezing is the best way to keep coffee fresh for the long term. Just do it the right way:<ol><li>Portion out about one week of coffee at a time into its own airtight container.</li><li>Put the rest back in the freezer right away to limit condensation.</li><li>Keep your weekly portion in a cool, dark cabinet, and use it as you brew.</li></ol>The golden rule: once coffee goes into the freezer, it stays there until it&#x2019;s time to use it. Don&#x2019;t move it back and forth, and skip the refrigerator.
