Once your refund is approved, here’s what to expect:

• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days.
• For merch and gear returns, your refund is issued after we receive and inspect the item.
• Shipping charges aren’t refundable.

Under Larry’s Happiness Guarantee, we refund 100% of any one 12 oz bag, or 50% of any one 2 lb or 5 lb bag from your original order. If the problem was our mistake (wrong product, wrong grind, bad roast, or a damaged bag), we’ll make it right and it doesn’t count against your guarantee.
