Larry’s Happiness Guarantee: tell us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. No coffee returns. Good for your first order.
Can I return coffee I don’t like or ordered by mistake?
We can’t accept coffee returns, but the Happiness Guarantee covers your first order for 30 days after delivery.
Can I return or exchange non-coffee items (merch, gear)?
Yes. Mugs, gear, and merch can be returned within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. You cover return shipping.
How do refunds work and how long do they take?
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 10 business days. Shipping charges aren’t refundable.
Can I get a refund on a subscription order?
The Happiness Guarantee applies to your first order. If something is our mistake, we always make it right.
How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
